We strive to manufacturer all orders as quickly as possible with many items shipping the same day. For this reason, special circumstances exist for the order. Once an order has been placed but not completed, we will accept an email cancellation (Email us with the order number and "Please Cancel" in the subject line, we will confirm by email) lf your order has been completed, but has not shipped, you may cancel with our standard 15% restocking fee provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy. Visit our Return Policy for more information about our return and exchange policy.

In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please call 1-763-315-8889. The preferred method of cancellation is via email. We will reply with an acknowlegement or an RMA is the item has already shipped. Customer service is available Monday-Friday 9am-2pm CDT.
